In the last 24 hours, Pakistan recorded 47 deaths while 1,303 people tested positive for COVID-19, according to the latest statistics released by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC). Most casualties were seen in the province of Punjab followed by Sindh.

As of June 11, the total active COVID-19 cases in Pakistan stand at 43,618. On Thursday, 40,483 tests were conducted with Sindh conducting 13,245; Punjab: 12,323; Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP): 9,757; Islamabad(ICT): 3,413; Balochistan: 877; Gilgit-Baltistan(GB): 407 and Azad Kashmir (AJK): 461.

Out of 1,756 ventilators reserved for COVID-19 patients in the country, 343 ventilators are currently occupied. There is no patient on the ventilator in AJK, GB, and Balochistan. So far, Pakistan has seen a total of 867,576 recoveries.

A total of 938,737 cases have been detected so far in the country with AJK reporting 19,675; Balochistan: 26,085; GB: 5,682; ICT: 82,001, KP: 135,383; Punjab: 343,499 and Sindh: 326,413.

Till now, Pakistan has recorded 21,576 deaths. Punjab is on top of the list with 10,457 casualties followed by Sindh: 5,196 KP: 4,194; Islamabad: 769; Balochistan: 292; GB: 108 and AJK: 560

639 hospitals in Pakistan are equipped with COVID-19 facilities with 3,094 patients being treated across the country. A total of 13,523,599 tests have been conducted so far in the country since the pandemic started.
