Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi called on Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence and Commissioner General of Expo-2020 Dubai on Monday.

Both the leaders discussed ways to enhance bilateral trade, investment in Pakistan, especially in hospitality industry.

Qureshi highlighted the important role played by Pakistanis in the economy of the UAE and called for further employment opportunities for Flag of Pakistan professionals.

IRAN VISIST: Foreign Minister Qureshi will embark on a three-day visit to Iran on Tuesday. He will depart Abu Dhabi for Iran capital Tehran where he will meet his counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif.
The invitation to visit Iran was extended by Javad Zarif during his visit to Pakistan in November 2020. The Iranian foreign minister extended the invitation again during his visit to Dushanbe to attend Heart of Asia – Istanbul Conference last month.
Foreign Minister Qureshi’s agenda includes talks on bilateral issues, Pakistan-India conflict, Afghan peace process and other matters of mutual interests, including deliberations on regional developments.
