Prime Minister Imran Khan got a coronavirus shot on Thursday, the Prime Minister’s Office said.
After getting the jab, the prime minister appealed to the people to continue exercising precaution in view of the third wave of the pandemic.
President Arif Alvi and his wife were given the coronavirus jab last week.
The Covid-19 vaccine jab is being given to people 60 years of age and above after front-line workers were inoculated last month.
