Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Monday said that Pakistan will receive 15 million doses of coronavirus vaccine by May under the COVAX initiative.

In a tweet, the FM, who is on an official visit to Berlin, said the German foreign minister, Heiko Maas, has committed to providing these doses by May.

The minister also announced that Pakistan would issue postage stamps to celebrate its national poet Allama Muhammad Iqbal and German romanticist Goethe to commemorate 70 years of diplomatic relations.
