Canada re-opens border for vaccinated Americans; US hasn’t reciprocated

The US-Canada border was reopened for vaccinated American citizens going to Canada. While Canadians making non-essential trips are still banned from entering the US. The restriction to remain till August 21 atleast.

The travel ban has been in place since March 2020, gradually retruning to normal. The American citizens are required to be fully vaccinated and present a negative COVID-19 test.

The US-Canada is one of the worldd’s longesta and biggest land borders.
