Federal Minister for Interior Sheikh Rashid on Sunday said that Islamabad police have registered an FIR and have collected evidence in the kidnapping and assault case of the daughter of Afghan Envoy Najibullah Alikhel.

While addressing a press conference on Sunday, Rashid said, “CCTV footage obtained by the police show that the woman took two taxis. She left her home on foot and arrived at a market.”

“We also have footage of her getting out of a taxi at a Rawalpindi shopping mall,” he added.

Rasheed said she then took a third taxi to arrive at Daman-e-Koh.
