Afghan Air Force pilot killed in Kabul

An Afghan Air Force pilot and an athlete were killed in attacks by unidentified gunmen in Kabul in the last 12 hours, security sources said. 

The pilot was killed by unknown gunmen in Beni Hesar area in Kabul’s District 8 on Saturday evening, sources said. 

Police said that an investigation has been started into the incident. 

Taliban have claimed responsibility for the attack on the pilot.

On Sunday morning, Fatah, 21, an MMA fighter was killed in an attack in Sar-e-Kotal area in north of Kabul, security sources said.

No group has claimed responsibility for this attack.
