Twenty Kashmiris have been martyred by the unrelenting acts of state terrorism by the Indian troops in the month of November in the Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

As per data issued by the Research Section of Kashmir Media Service on Wednesday, out of those martyred eight Kashmiris were killed in fake encounters and in custody.

Within one month, eighteen (18) people amongst the peaceful demonstrators and mourners were injured owing to the Indian police’s use of brute force, firing, and teargas shells by paramilitary personnel in the occupied territory.

In addition to that, 66 civilians, mostly youth, activists, and students, were arrested and a large number of them were booked under the black law Public Safety Act and Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act in 209 cordons and search operations in the territory.

As a result of these killings, three (3) women have been widowed and six (6) children orphaned while a house was damaged by Indian troops during the period.
