Three security personnel were killed and four others were injured in clashes between Afghan forces and Taliban in Arghistan district of Kandahar, a security source said.

Security officials said the clash erupted this morning after a landmine was detonated at the district police headquarters. Militants also carried out a car bomb attack in the area.
