In the last 24 hours, Sindh saw the highest number of COVID-19 related deaths, closely followed by Punjab, revealed official date from the National Control and Operation Centre (NCOC). A total number of 1302 people tested positive for the virus on February 4, while 53 people lost their lives in the last 24 hours.

Currently, the total active COVID-19 cases in Pakistan are 32,454. A collective number of 37,020 tests were conducted on February 4; Sindh:11,567 , Punjab:11,492 , Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP):6,633 , Islamabad:5,808 , Balochistan:564 , Gilgit-Baltistan (GB):360 , Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK):596.

In Pakistan, 507,502 people have recovered so far from the virus, with no patient currently on ventilators in GB, AJK and Balochistan. 270 ventilators are occupied across the country.

A total of 551,842 cases have been detected so far; AJK: 9144, Balochistan:18844, GB: 4913, Islamabad: 41734, KP: 68004, Punjab: 159705, Sindh: 249498.

Pakistan has seen a total of 11886 COVID-19 related deaths so far; Sindh: 4059, Punjab: 4840, KP: 1941, Islamabad: 478, Balochistan: 196, GB: 102, AJK: 270.

8,122,447 tests for the virus have been conducted across the country so far. There are currently 631 hospitals with COVID-19 facilities while 2,345 patients are admitted to hospitals throughout Pakistan.
