The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) after consultations with the PSL franchises has chalked out an initial draft schedule for the remaining matches of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

The first option is to have a single game in the evening throughout the week while the second option is to have a solitary game on week days and double headers on the weekend, according to the sources. The final of the sixth edition is likely to played on Sunday, June 20.

Keeping in mind the weather in June, there is a proposal of starting the games a bit late. In case of double headers, first game will start at 4pm while second will begin at 9pm. Previously the games begun at 2pm and 7pm.

Regarding the quarantine period of the overseas players, the final decision will be made by the foreign company hired for the bio-secure bubble.

PCB has already started to earmark hotels where all the players, coaching staff and other officials will stay. This time around PCB will take strict measures and the whole premises will be used only by the people in the bubble.

On March 4, PSL 6 was postponed after rising COVID-19 cases among the players and coaching staff.
