Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi has said that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has been “badly exposed” after coming to power.

Addressing the seventh convocation of the University of Gujarat, he remarked that Shehbaz’s name was included in the Guinness Book of World Records for “lying”, but the Sharifs “have kept it a secret”.

The CM said that Shehbaz came to power and stopped the work on the project of Institute of Cardiology in Wazirabad.

“I do not understand why these people do such things. They have caused inflation after coming to power. These people come and leave with dollars,” he claimed.

He said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan was a “true and honest person”.

“Imran Khan is neither afraid, nor bowing down, and only concentrates on work,” he remarked.

CM Elahi said that whenever something wrong was said against Imran, he responded.

He said that Imran was working despite sitting at home, adding that he was moving towards the future by determining the direction under the leadership of Imran.

The PTI chief brought a revolution in the health sector through the health card, he added.

“I speak my mind, which often proves right,” the CM said.
